"I keep trying to give this store my business but the store manager Ana consistently finds a way to make me never want to come back. Incredibly defensive and almost intentionally unhelpful."

"Rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. Specifically a “manager” named Anna. These teenagers should not be employed here or at all. How GameStop can be ok with being represented by such unprofessional children is crazy. Never going back to GameStop. Will just buy games from amazon instead as it’s so much less hassle. Edit: after reading the other reviews here I’ve decided to name the employee who was rudest to me as she is referenced in other reviews here by her hair color and piercings. GameStop, you need to fire this girl. She is a detriment to you your business."

"Is it true that buying a portable psp requires a membership? Yesterday I tried to buy one and the employee named Andrea had the worst service I have seen in a long time, I was referred to the Ozone Park store and the very kind guy told me that they don't have it in stock and he printed me a list of where I could get the product, when I got there wyckof andre without checking says there is none, I tell him how is it possible if I come from this store and they say that here there, andrea they answer me in all the stores they lie, I asked him for a phone number corporate and it tells me that GameStop does not have a corporate number , how do you have a person like that how treat costumer like garbage"

"Over a decade of going shopping at GameStop in different cities over the east coast and I have always have always had a decent rapport with the employees, until today. The girl with the pink and black hair and piercing (that doesn’t narrow it down because both employees had there had those attributes) never made eye contact and typed on her phone without speaking with me for a minute before asking “what can I get for you?” As I awkwardly held the game I wanted to purchase. If she only looked up. I would typically ask the employees about the games, but she clearly had no interest in games nor her job. She finished the transaction by printing the receipt, folding it, and sliding it and the game across the counter followed. I stood there for a good moment until she said SOMETHING, I eventually got a “have a nice day”. Worst GameStop I have ever encountered."

"My son and husband went into the store today and a female worker was so rude to my son. He asked to see something and she said you can’t touch it. His headset broke and he went with his warranty to replace it and she refused to replace it. What is the point in paying for a warranty? I will never go to that location again. After reading the reviews i know we’re not the only one’s that feel this way. Knickerbocker location has better customer service."
