"The cashiers (specifically the older one) at this place is RUDE and need to be trained at proper customer service etiquette. They treat customers like garbage and racially profile you making you feel like scumb. They do not value clientele. Management does nothing about this and allows it. Do not shop in here unless you want to get looked down upon BY ANOTHER MINORITY. Super sad to get looked at and profiled while you spend money to help out a local small business owner. FYI temal: US customers are the reason you're still in business... DO BETTER"
"Tried to drop off my UPS package but was chased away because the box was “too big”. I wouldn’t say it was too big considering I could hold it in my hand. Please don’t be a UPS access point if you’re going to pick and choose what packages you accept. It’s very inconveniencing to customers. Thank you."
"UPS dropped off my package at this location and the sales person who I spoke with to pick up my package is so RUDE, he talks to you like a PIG, they need to get customer service training. UPS need to research these drop off point to see if they are good for their service. I will give this location a ZERO for handling this type of service."
