"I went to Dollar General to get a shower curtain liner and they wanted $10 for the cheapest liners that I expected to pay $3 for. My wife said that would be the average price but these didn't even have grommets (the metal around the holes). I saw this place across the street. These guys had some for less than $3 but they had a whole section. There was so much variety to chose from. I ended getting two and a really nice manicure set for less than $7 but she wouldn't sell me the display and gave me a new boxed on. Really nice and I could pay with the card even though it was two separate transaction. No $10 minimums like other discount stores."
