"I live in Oneonta. This took place a few months ago and I complained then and nothing was done but after getting a memorial day sale coupon reminded me how the store manager (lady whose name I can't remember) was a completely rude and I'll never shop at a vitamin shop again. Apparently military is only on Mondays but I've never had this issues. After I said that she said "Do you think your entitled?" Along with some other nice and kind words. After that I was completely disgusted and your better off ordering from Gorilla Mode or Cutler Nutrition."

"I was super excited to find this place! After searching multiple pharmacies within an hour drive of my home, I walked into this place as a last resort before purchasing online. The gentleman at the counter was a very energetic and happy guy who was ready to assist me in my search. Within seconds he showed me where to find what I was looking for and soon there after cashed me out. I'll definitely think of this place first next time I'm looking for any supplements. Even if they didn't have what I needed, the customer service skills of the gentleman that assisted me was amazing and I'd go back just for the customer service alone."
