"At first they seemed very professional, and then it began after the order was placed for Navy Blue Softball Pants. First a day or two before the shipment was due in a snafu. Oops the first company they ordered from couldn't meet the demands, so Now they had to order from a different company. Oh wait different brand different sizes (Come on everyone Knows this But WorldWide). So we had to exchange pants because the order was wrongly sized due to brand change. Most girls swapped them around to manage. But the one that couldn't another trip to Worldwide Sports in Vestal N.Y. (4 trips). So they reorder the right sizes and we wait and wait (5/1/2018) so the girls don't match still. 5/8/18 I made a call to Worldwide Sports and they say I'll call you back with a tracking number and I wait and wait. Nowbthe store is closed and I get an email items shipped and should take 5-7 business days. Here we go again instead of shipping to the local store in Vestal where I could pick them up they have them shipped. Well DAMN No calls to keep us up to date, Poor Customer Service on orders. Our Softball Team WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. ( They did give Black pants in ace of the NAVY BLUE. How rediculous of a mixed color pants team). I don't recommend them at this time."
