"My packages are never delivered to my apartment. They get marked delivered at a pick-up location and they're not there. They get sent back to sender after one "attempt" of delivery. Anyone I talk to isn't helpful at all, except for Terri; but one woman can't make up for the failures of everyone else. As someone who works in the shipping industry, this place is a major disappointment when it comes to the commitment to service and business practices. I'll no longer be ordering from any business shipping through UPS."

"I don’t usually complain but this was not a good experience for me. Especially as they lost my package in Illinois was scanned there but no package showed up here The packages were packed by myself as I bought new boxes and 2 boxes of bubble wrap. The boxes showed up crushed and torn opened. They also had the wrong labels on packaging that didn’t match the weight of boxes? It’s very obvious to me that the packages were Roughly handled with holes in them and crushed. Dealing with the website to make a claim was very difficult and they just wanted to point the blame on how they were packaged. Trust me when I say they were very rough with handling. When you spend over 2k for their services you would expect better than what was received"

"Usually they are very nice but I got someone today (young man) with a disrespectful and unhelpful attitude. This was an Amazon return and his tone was condescending and aggressive. He did not greet me or ask how he could help. I had two boxes that weighed around 8 lbs so had to use both hands to carry them. When he didn’t ask me how I could be helped I said that I had an Amazon return. In an annoyed tone he asked if I had a QR code and that I “had” to have a code for a return. A business really makes you feel welcome when an employee talks down to you. I said that I did have a code on my phone. I had my hands full so was offering for him to take them so I could get my phone out. He stared at me in a condescending way while steadfastly ignoring my clear dilemma as to where to set the boxes down so I could get my phone out. I finally set the boxes down to the side of the scale, not seeing a better place and getting no assistance. Turns out they needed to be put on the scale for weighing. I’m not sure why he couldn’t have just said that, in a pleasant/helpful voice. After getting my phone out and him scanning the code he printed the receipt and just handed it to me, saying nothing. He did not ask if there was anything else he could help me with but just stared at me with another condescending look. Guess I’ll start using Kohl’s for my Amazon returns and for my other shipping I’ll use USPS where they are always very nice and super helpful or FedEx down near BU where they are also very nice and always helpful."

"I always receive great service here. They are fast, dependable -- and when I forgot my shipping label, they were able to print me a new one and package up my item in a jiffy."
