Mike came to our house for a free estimate and he spent a good amount of time inspecting the areas that needed repairs, as well as consulted our roof inspection report. Even then he gave us a DETAILED idea about what needs to be done, the approach, and the materials needed. He took images from his phone, as well as from his drone. He sat down with us and gave us several detailed options to choose from. Each option gave an overview about material, costs, and approach. The communication from the office and the team were most important. They communicated when they're able to come, their status, how long they were staying.
