"The owner of this pawn shop is the most disrespectful owner I've ever dealt with. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever had. I came in to sell something that I paid $300 for and that was brand new, THE SAME DAY, never been out of the box and he tried to give me $60 for it which is COMPLETELY unfair so instead I decided to just pawn it for $60 instead that way I could get it back and take it to somewhere else where they would actually give me a fair price. (I just needed the money at the time to help pay for something that had to be paid today which is why I didn't just walk out with my belongings) Since I decided to pawn it instead of selling it the owner told me that if I don't come back to pick it up he would NEVER pawn or sell anything with me again. Downright rude if I say so myself. This isn't the first time I've had a bad expirence here. (where I also sold something, didn't pawn) I would NEVER recommend coming here to ANYONE. Unless you like awful customer service and being disrespectfed and ripped off then this is the place for you!!"
"I dealt with a gentleman who called himself LEV. This was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had, and it was my first time in a pawnshop. This gentleman LEV called me every name in the book once I told him he had a terrible attitude and I hope his boss never sees him treat customers this way. I asked for his name and he screams at me and threatens to call the police. After being persistent he finally gives his name and says he is indeed the boss lev. Terrible guy there was other customers around when he was throwing his tantrums just an all around terrible guy."
