"Terrible attitude! This was my first (and last) time visiting Ace pawn shop. As soon as I came in I see the Russian lady talking disrespectfully to another customer. I went to see the watches they had on display, and asked one of the workers for help, the chubby Russian kid. Immediately, this dude had an attitude, dragging his arms as if he doesn’t want to be there, with a gun strapped to his waist, acting like a tough guy. I asked about one of the watches (ridiculously priced), and some of its features, and this guy showed zero patience, raising his voice at how he doesn’t “want to argue”. Ridiculous, and embarrassing service. NEVER COME HERE, OBNOXIOUS, COLD RUSSIAN RUN STORE. Look at how they reply to customer feedback down below. You get the point"

"The most amazing staff! I believe it’s mother & son but that doesn’t matter, they’re the BEST!! Best deals anywhere and honest! Only pawn shop I’ll ever go to. NEW: My feelings are totally opposite today and has been in the last year. The lady is just so RUDE! Has anyone else felt this way? "I love this place. No matter who you get the beautiful, intelligent mother or the down to Eaeth quick witted straight to the point son. They treat you with respect and dignity. Not like the other Pawn Shops who just treat customers like addicts at Ace they have empathy and compassion because they understand people get in a pinch and need some extra funds to help them out in daily life situations that weren't planned. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make their customers feel comfortable and trusting. #1 Pawn Shop in Columbus. PS I would encourage everyone to stop in and check out their beautiful affordable priced jewelry selection and huge selection of any and every tool under the sun not to mention the guns for my people who get into the right to bear arm. Lastly just go in and look a lot of many many artifacts, collectibles and one of a kind treasures and finds. Really neat place my favorite is the old cash register.
