"Horrible customer service. The Manager had me wait for hours said the system was down. I waited patiently but the system never came up. I was promised a call back once the system came up. A month later nothing. I call them and he said he was unavailable to talk just come up there. Seriously. Then he replied I called you several times in the back ground. I have not received one missed call nor voicemail or even a text. This is the worse experience ever. Please beware. I have been going to this pawnshop for years never been treated this badly. I’m there to make a purchase not to be treated unfairly. The customer service is extremely bad. Horrible customer service. This pawn shop used to be the best. Seriously needs New management."
