"Depressing racist energy. They clearly don’t want any business or can’t afford it and aren’t being honest. I’m assuming like the economy, pawn shops clearly can’t afford to pawn anything anymore. We went there and couldn’t even bother to have a conversation, smile or anything. Just terrible business. EDIT 8/8/24: Owners response just proved my point. Very dismissive, judgmental customer service. Don’t try to act naive as if racism isn’t real. Body language says it all. Just because you don’t see many low reviews doesn’t mean other customers haven’t experienced anything negative with this store. These reviews are a great way for customers to express their experience, and for companies to take the critique and learn from it instead of being dismissive like our experience was. As stated before the store clerk seemed like he didn’t want to even be bothered to have a genuine conversation with us or even give advice about where we could take our items. It’s a shame that colored people have to still walk into establishments and receive these type of attitudes. Sounds like you weren’t even there pass judgment, I hope you can all do better."
"Roland and Jim are great guys that look out for the customer. Yes it is a store and profit is necessary but I felt they cared about my needs for shopping over their bottom line. I needed a drill for home improvements and I was listened to and helped based on that, and provided with more than I sought based on their personal experiences. Fair prices and reliable wares. I will be a returning customer. This is the best Lev’s Pawn Shop in Columbus!"

"I drive all the way from south east of Columbus to come to this pawn shop. They are fair and very understanding and I always leave there with a laugh and feeling happy and not ripped off as I have felt at other pawn shops. They always treat you as they want to be treated. They know life happens and knocks people down... so the will lend a helping hand, without judgment. We need more pawn shops like this . So until then I will not go to any other place to do business but here. Thanks lev's pawn"
