"Not great to talk to over the phone. I said I have a gaming laptop and he said he doesn’t take them. I was surprised and said “you don’t take laptops.” He explained that they do and he thought I meant a desktop. He asked about the battery. I said it’s fine but mentioned off hand that it had been sitting unplugged for a few hours at my desk. At that point all he wanted to talk about was the battery on my laptop. He said the battery was the most important thing. Right then I knew this person did not understand gaming laptops and that I would be wasting my time. I drove further to a competitor who checked it out and loaned exactly the amount I figured it would be worth. The battery was at 60 percent and the report showed it had no issues. I would not have left a review at all if he had been at least friendly when I was calling to do what he has suggested people do in previous reviews. Probably not a good place to take electronics."

"When you're obtaining a loan, selling an item for cash or trying to find a deal when purchasing a pawned item, as a customer you have two immediate concerns: 1.) Do the people at the shop even know what my item is worth? 2.) Are they trustworthy & going to tell me the truth about it? My experience at Dash 2 Cash has been that these folks know their stuff and most important they will tell you the truth.. even if it's not what you want to hear. I've had two experiences here, one where they happily named my price and I had another where my item wasn't worth as much at resale as I had expected. On both occasions I left a happy customer because they were honest and I left with cash in my pocket just when I really needed it. Another thing that I really appreciated was that they handled my business with dignity and respect.. (and other customer's too.. I was watching for how they treated their customers...) . I would definitely do business with them again. Their sale prices are pretty decent too."

"The people that work here are very professional and very non-intimidating. In addition they are very far with their pricing. I been in several times and have never had a bad experience. Granted every item I have taken in wasn’t accepted but they were kind in the delivery of the negative ( for me) information. Just a friendly, honest, good place to do business with."

"I am so grateful for the staff at Dash 2 Cash ImA struggling local artist that does custom designs artifacts I didn’t have access to my car which was being fixed which hurt my power tools that I need it for a custom piece that I was creating to make matters a little bit hectic I had recently lost my wallet I had to cancel cards and things are such I currently do artwork out of my storage unit I wish I walked from located on Sinclair Road wrong my walk I reached out to many businesses here and they’re all into the point of me getting to Dash two Cash Noah’s Sugar cash but I was able to dash out there with a aPower drill that was loaned to me but of course I have to have a little bit of collateral question my phone the only thing I had Deemed worth anythingAnd get the phone gentleman at the counter was great with this customer service and trust it I will come back the way that it was given so I greatly appreciate you are you are a true lifesaver"
