"I would give 0 point. the worth experience I ever had. guy who received my car was super rude , he told me to pay extra money, bc I have a SUV, but my car not a SUV at all. I almost missed my flight and took taxi instead a shuttle, bc that guy kept me so long and not let me get a shuttle. after I back I was waiting for a shuttle 1,5 hour and then they make me pay extra money that I late. never ever again would park here. not recommended this park place to anybody"

"I landed from Puerto Rico around 1:00am, I started to call them around 1:15 for them to come and pick me up from the airport no one did not pick up , I called more than 20 times I waited around 2 hours waiting for them to return my phone call, no one called back. I had to pay for a taxi(50 dollars) , when I got there they charged me a late fee (40 dollars) and couldn’t find my car. If you are suggesting to leave your car at this parking lot don’t do it. They don’t pick you up individually you have to go in groups.they are also very rude Don’t recommend to anyone they are scammers ."

"Have had no complaints for the past 6 reservations up until today. Received my car with paint scuffed on left rear quarter panel, can't imagine the other vehicle. Personel on site at time of pickup were in a "hurry" and couldn't assist any further."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. The staff is rude and the shuttle took forever to come. My vehicle was also damaged at this facility and they threw dirt on it to cover it up. There was no dirt anywhere else but on that spot. I didn’t realize the damage until I cleaned the car the following day and when I called their not taking responsibility and saying the complaint should have been made the same day. I picked up the car at 11 pm, it was dark and the car was dirty. There was no way to see the damage at that time. I’ve been calling the manager and the phone just rings out. I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone."

"So far so good. The website is super simple, and the shuttle driver got us to the terminal super quick. Leave yourself time, as it's popular and the shuttle holds about 10 and fills up quick. Check back when I pick my car up"
