"DO NOT COME HERE I recently had a terrible experience at Target park USA , which I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to assist us. We were unaware that we needed to wait for someone and proceeded all the way down the garage. Eventually, an employee, who was not in uniform and did not identify himself, approached us and demanded our keys. Understandably, we refused to hand over our keys to someone who didn’t look like a legitimate employee. When we asked if he worked there, he confirmed he did and instructed us to go to the front desk or leave. We opted to go to the front desk for clarification. To our surprise, the same employee then told us we were not allowed to park there because we had disrespected him by not giving him our keys initially. My husband tried to resolve the situation calmly, but the employee was uncooperative and aggressive, resorting to yelling. While waiting, I couldn’t help but feel that the employee’s behavior was discriminatory and almost racist. Reading other reviews later confirmed that many customers have experienced unfair and disrespectful treatment at this garage. Additionally, we later found out that this employee wasn't even on shift or on the clock during our encounter, which makes the situation even more absurd and unprofessional. It is disappointing that this employee lacks basic respect and problem-solving skills. Hopefully, he will learn to treat customers better in the future. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Target park USA to anyone."

"TLDR: I'm a monthly member at this parking facility, they lost my spare key, not willing to reimburse me and is automatically charging me an extra $100 to park myself since they don't have my key anymore. Avoid at all costs."

"I used to be a monthly customer but NO MORE!! The entire staff from employees to upper management are all RUDE and EXTREMELY Racist!!! The attendants leave your car keys unmonitored and unlocked in that office!! They have given wrong keys back to customers!! They used false advertising on their flyers for an affordable housing building promising the tenants of the building a discount but once they opened they didn’t want to honor what their flyers said!! Also if you have an electrical car don’t go there the chargers say free to charge under that white tape they have but they charge people Look I took a photo. They don’t care about their customers they just want to make money Don’t use this far Use the one up the block across the street from the precinct On 168 st"

"The Target Park location in Jamaica, Queens located on the corner of 168th Street & 93rd Avenue is a mess. They mistreat they're employees & their overall performance is horrible. I've been a monthly customer since it's opening and they policy is not consistent with what's posted or given. One minute you're allowed to park your own car then the next time it has to be valet for you. They don't seem to keep a consistent team of employees who can work & follow company guidelines / policy. No manager stays put they change mangers & employees like undergarments. Whenever I can't corporate there again she will hear me out whether or not they wanna hear it. She has an (a** whopping) coming so security better be present to protect her. The current manager that's assigned to this location is disrespect and can't get the business of these hands if need be. The current group of young employees are friendly & respectful but hope they find better jobs in the future if not sooner."
