"I started go there for gas and car service since I moved to the bayside 3 years ago. Never had any bad experiences until today. There was a nail in my tire. I stoped by this morning. The guy told me 10 mins or less will get it fixed. Then he said he needs SPECIAL TOOLS to take off my tire, and come back next day. Then he charged 10 dollars just because he put air. It doesn’t make any sense because I went to other tire shop near my job, they fixed without any special tools. Get the job done less than 15 mins, with my wheels balanced. Only Charged $15!"

"BEWARE! I went in for an inspection and noticed it was taking a very long time for such a simple routine service. During the inspection they make sure you don't have a visual of your car so you can't see what they're doing. After 45 minutes they brought me in to see my car and they hadn't even done the inspection yet but they did manage to write a complete list of things my car "needed" they also removed my airfilter which is NOT part of the inspection and wanted to charge me a vehicle maintenance fee! I didn't want to replace my filter I just wanted an inspection but they wouldn't let me take my car. That's right, they refused to give me my car until the new air filter arrived! I didn't want a new filter but they changed it as well as my wipers. They charged me $90.37 for wipers, air filter and inspection and I was stuck waiting over an hour. While waiting a lady was also being taken advantage of by these dishonest people. She was being charged a vehicle maintenance fee and extra tax on the already included tax charge of her oil change. While witnessing this argument I realized these guys pull this off others and it need to be know. Avoid at all costs these guys give mechanic shops and gas stations a bad name because they are dishonest crooks and will upsell you on anything you need or don't need. If I could give a ZERO STAR rating I would because they do not deserve one star."

"This place charges Credit Price for Debit Card, when all other gas stations charge cash price for Debit Card (see sticker on pump in picture). When i spoke to the owner he was rude and played it off like he was stupid and said that I taught him something and that I should buy a gas station."

"Lou is not to be trusted whatsoever. Unfortunately, my wife got a front flat tire one block away from Lou Cal's service center. To be straight to the point, a young mother of an infant and a toddler was completely taken advantage of. Here are the facts: -Lou charges $240 for front tires, which actually cost $80 (cheapest brand). -Lou claimed there was a bubble and dent on one of the rear tires. After he could not identify the rear tire with the problem and claimed his compressor was not "on" to lift the car, I became skeptical. When I took the car to a reputable tire shop and had it lifted, there was no bubble or dent on any of the rear tires. -My wife would have been charged hundreds of dollars on issues that simply did not exist. Over the years, I always pass by this shop on foot. I always noticed that the cars, which were on his lot for repairs always ended up with "for sale" signs on his lot. After my experience, everything makes sense. He will create a host of issues that simply do not exist, which eventually exhaust the owners of the cars. With that being said, you have been warned in regards to this man's business practices."
