"The service is the worst among all NY parking I ever had. I parked there three times, all very negative experience by various staff. They complain all the time about variously topics rudely, from the beginning of your conversation to the end. and today the staff even wrongly accused me of parking in the wrong place without actually knowing my parking spot. but I was in the right place. Another guy already checked the spot for me and everything is good. After the rude guy realize I parked in the right area, he did not apologize at all. Every experience makes me feel that they are not providing some service to me but they were my boss and the mean type of boss. Avoid this place to the best of your ability."
"Look else where, they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased monthly parking, sometimes there’s no parking available at all. When I ask the workers, they just told me to look for parking and refused to help, so I have to park my car on the street. Only if I knew, I’ll run away from this place."
