"2/1/23 parked there. I had to park here few hours for work and when I want to pay for the ticket at the booth I asked if I could get a receipt. This older gentleman at the booth told me I’ll get a receipt if I paid at the kiosk. After finish paying at the kiosk no receipt was given and when I went back to the gentleman he just told me nothing he could do. There wasn’t even an option to print a receipt when I paid. Horrible experience because I’d be okay if you just straight up and tell me there won’t be a receipt."
