"Went in for an Oxygenating treatment or the “red carpet facial”, I couldn’t believe how amazing my skin looked and felt after! It was relaxing and such an amazing experience. My esthetician was Kaleigh and she did a phenomenal job and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back to book again!"

"Horrible in Rocky Point! I tried getting an appointment for a massage in which I received a gift card at Christmas. Couldn’t make an appointment even through March! I asked for April and they said their books are not open yet for April but I could be put on the waitlist. Ridiculous! I booked an appointment at another location for this Friday. Something’s fishy there! They must not have enough staff or going out of business!"
"They are over booked and under staffed, they never have appointments available, I've been trying to get an appointment for months and it's impossible, I called to try to cancel my membership over the phone, they said they had to transfer me to someone else, the person they tried to transfer me to wasn't there so they said they'd contact me in a few days, a month later I've still never been contacted and I've been charged another month of my membership, I drove their in person today to cancel my membership, and they are closed (2/4 @ 3:50 pm) despite both their door hours and Google saying they should be open. At this point I'm disputing my latest charge through my credit card. Its nearly impossible to get an appointment and also to cancel your membership, but they have no problem charging you every month for a service they are unable to provide. Avoid their membership like the plague unless you enjoy throwing away money."
"They don’t deserve not even 1 star. I got a gift card from this place for 3 massages. They don’t have anything available for 3 months. I asked for money back and of course they say no but the lady had the nerve to offer me a special for another gift card for Valentine’s Day. Are you kidding me??"
