I felt the service was well worth it, so I didn't complain, but really why offer Groupon and then not honor it?"
"This is adding to my husbands comment earlier since he’s unable to reply to the owners comment. If you couldn’t provide the service all you had to do was cancel my appointment. I’m not irrational, I understand if you got busy or for some reason could not accommodate us anymore. We could’ve rescheduled. We did go to the right salon. I have call logs and screenshots of the appointment confirmation text messages. As well as a picture I took of the hours of operation. If the salon closes at 5 pm on Saturdays, why was I given an appointment at 5:45pm? And why was it when I called the salon no one answered. I attached the screenshot. Didn’t realize the salon closed because I just went with what the girl told me over the phone. I never bash a small business online because I understand how hard people work. But what you guys did to me was wrong & instead of admitting it you’re lying saying you have security camera footage? Maybe your employees are lying to you after closing shop early? Check with them before you accuse the customer of going to the wrong location."

Also, another worker, I think her name is Leanna, is absolutely wonderful and gives amazing facials. A well rounded business, fun environment and always a beautiful job well done!!"
