"I attended their open house and decided to try out multiple services. The first service I chose was a facial, but unfortunately, it turned into a terrible experience. The girl lacked knowledge about applying appropriate pressure during extraction, resulting in her pressing excessively hard on my nose. As a result, my nose became swollen and reddish later that day, and even now, on the third day, it remains sore painful and sensitive to touch. The facial itself was very basic, consisting of only 3-4 steps: cleansing, physical exfoliation, and a sheet mask. This is something anyone can do at home but the main reason for visiting a spa is to receive a quality facial massage and feel relaxed. However, in my experience, I felt discomfort rather than relaxation during the treatment despite spending so much money. Normally, facials include face , neck , behind the ears but this facial was strictly focused on the face area. Despite being advertised as a 50-minute treatment, the session started 10 minutes late and ended early. The girl took 2 long pauses in between and seemed distracted. Although I've had many facials in the past, this experience was unlike any I've had before."
