"Super clean, very professional, Hair removal met my expectations"
"I was a customer at Ritual wellness & laser spa for years. I started with laser hair removal, I truster Lauren and decided to do the Fibroblasting. I had a terrible follow up experience, it’s been now over 9 months that I did the Fibroblasting. I’m mark, brown spot under my eyes, Lauren didn’t try to help me with the damaged caused by the Fibroblasting. I just wanted help to remove my marks. Lauren recommend a cream, I spen 90$ on it. Just so you know I spend over $900 on the Fibroblasting to have mark on my face.. the cream didn’t work and I told Lauren about it. She didn’t want to help at all and didn’t care about the way my face Look after her treatment. I had to go see other specialist to have my face fixed and I’m still not 100% where I was. I had to spend extra $100s because of the damaged causes by the Fibroblasting. I’m so disappointment and would not recommend this place. I wasn’t mad at first about the result but the poor customer service I had when I had an issues. My face looked damages and the mark are just terrible. For $900 it was terrible. Please be careful"
"Went here for a chemical peel and also received a hydromassage which was amazing. Lauren was very gentle and handled the process with great care. Not only was it a very relaxing experience but I see beautiful results on my skin. I will definitely go back."
"Stay away from this place. Completely 5 of 6 laser hair removal sessions and saw zero change. Each session was less than 10 min for both full legs. An absolute joke. Mind you I have had laser hair removal of other areas at other facilities and had success. The technician gave me attitude for using a Groupon as well and because I wouldn’t return it and repurchase through her. Her laser isn’t even felt! I have dark thick hair and fair skin and have always been told I’m the ideal candidate. Go to other places and stay away from hers. She had no explanation for why I didn’t have success other than needing more sessions. Yeah ok, why would I buy more when I haven’t even seen remote progress??? Her good reviews are clearly from friends/family."
