"Yes, my nails look pretty. That’s why I gave them two stars. But in my personal experience, this is the second time that I went there and had a bad time. I have learned my lesson and I will not be going back. bottom line is they give you the bum’s rush - they don’t take their time at all. I feel they do less than the bare minimum. When you sit down to get a pedicure, they don’t hand you the menu and they don’t have it posted. But I saw it next to me so I picked it up. I read it over and I chose exactly what I wanted. I let her know and she did half of it. No one likes confrontation so I didn’t want to say anything but when I saw the other woman getting the full treatment, I asked her what happened? She explained that it wasn’t part of it and I said, but it clearly says on the menu all of the parts that are included. Then the whispering to the tech sitting next to her went on. Just so uncomfortable and such a bad experience. As I was being rushed around one of my toenails smeared. I let her know and she came and removed all of the polish and slapped on ONLY ONE coat of color, nothing else. Well that should last about a day. For over $80 I expect more. years ago this was my favorite salon that I went to all the time but it just has changed. It’s crazy, because there are just so many nail salons that there’s no reason to go back anywhere that they don’t give you good service so you think that they would try a little harder. Not to mention the floor was a mess. One of the nicer techs saw the mess on the floor and apologized to me and started trying to sweep up. I was the first appointment of the day 10 AM."

"I've been getting mani's and Pedi's for YEARS. This was hands down the best pedicure experience of my life. No exaggeration. I got to a point where i would just do my own hands & feet myself out of frustration because I am very particular about the End result especially knowing how to do a lot of designs myself. So to have this experience today was such a relief and pleasant surprise. I know I'm spelling her name wrong, but Sive got my feet and calves all the way together! Anytime I am in town, I will be back in here to look for her. I wish i was local to her. She was so polite and very detail oriented with the spa pedicure with callous removal , and i asked her to do a buildout on the big toe nail that i broke. It was also nice to see she wasn't using what looked like a cheese grater for the callous removal lol. I left there with my feet feeling buttery smooth . Thank you all for such a great experience❤️"

"Had my nails done on Friday by Daniel. not even one week and they are chipping already! Supposed to be a gel polish, it's definitely not lasting like one. I did not get what I paid for and am so disappointed! And look at how lumpy the polish is! I will go and show this mess to them and hopefully have them done the correct way...."

"I just left this place. 10/10 recommend. Was greeted at the door so kindly. Was walked to my chair. The lady did incredible on my nails! I picked a new design and she tried her best and succeeded. I'm from out of town but if you are local- this should be your place!!!"
