"I went there to get my hair frosted blonde with Karen. When I met her she told me she had over 25 years of experience, so you would think she would know what she is doing. Well thought wrong , bad , bad mistake for going there. I always got my hair frosted not dyed and she knows that but I don’t think she didn’t want to be bothered wrapping my hair but if that is what the customer wants well you are supposed to give them what they want not what you want because you don’t feel like doing it. She had to ask the other girl what color would match because I showed her I wanted. She didn’t leave it on my hair long enough she washed it off around 20 or 25 minutes later. She asked the other girls working there how long do you usually leave it on for because she wasn’t sure if she left mine on long enough, and she said were the whole place could hear it and myself that made me feel very nervous about looking at looking at my hair I was scared. They said you probably didn’t leave it on long enough she said well I just want to get it done I am so impatient and she laughed oh yeah that was so funny. Well I saw my hair I wanted to scream it was freaking orange orange I couldn’t believe. I was like what the hell did you do. I went home my family was like what happened to you they didn’t know what to say. I had to call my other girl that used to do my hair I asked her if she would be able to fix it for me. She said yes because she knows what she is doing. She said go back to somebody else I said I will never go back to that Lemon tree ever again I am afraid to anyone except my girl I always go too . I will never go anywhere but her. It’s true you get what you pay for. Lemon Tree IN Rocky Point is the worst. I called the owner left message of course I never get a call back. Karen you should not be working with anybody hair you destroy my hair I also I didn’t go out till I got my hair fix by Jessica the real hair dresser"

"I'd like to give a shout out to the Lemon Tree in Rockypoint for treating me like family, you all were so friendly and took the time to understand the way I wanted my hair styled, especially the color of my hair is fabulous. It was everything I imagined Thank you Karen for cutting and coloring my hair you did am amazing job. The Lemon Tree Girls Megan, Ro, Karen and Joy you all are so Amazing and your 25 years of experience says it all . Until my next hair adventure Diana"

"I need to find a better photo to add from this day. I got my hair cut into an easy bob for on the go. I love going to this particular Lemon tree, because the staff are so friendly and easy to get along with. They have great stylists working here! The best part is the haircuts are very fast! The inside of the shop is very clean and it's comfortable whether it is cold outside or hot."

"I have been going to this Lemon Tree since they opened. Have used many of the stylists with no complaints until this past visit. I booked an appointment online with Nicole for a full head highlight and haircut. There was a coupon for the highlight which I noted in my booking. When I got to the salon and showed her the coupon she replied, "I don't normally take coupons!" Which I replied that I made a note of it in my booking, no where on the coupon does it say with only certain stylists and I have used it many times before! She then told me she would charge extra for long hair. Again, doesn't say that on the coupon and I explained I have been coming for years and never was charged more. She proceeded to heavy sigh the entire time while doing my hair. I tried several times to start up a conversation, even complimenting her. I do want to say my hair came out great, I paid what the coupon saif, but would never use someone again with that attitude."

"Sadly, I won't be going here any more either. I go fairly regularly for a simple wash and blow out. Rose E. typically does it and she is wonderful. However, this last visit was a nightmare. I was originally booked for 6:30pm with Yvonne. I get a call back from Nicole asking if I can come in earlier at 4. I agreed. I get there at 4 and am made to wait at least 40 minutes as walk ins are now being taken and finished before me. I don't know how I ended up with Nicole, but Yvonne felt bad and eventually washed me as I waited to be seated in Nicole's chair. After I was seated, Nicole said she was sorry and I simply said, I guess there was a scheduling mix up or something? She went on to lecture me about how "good hair takes time" and it's like waiting at the doctor's office. She never spoke another word to me and I was furious about her piss poor attitude. What was supposed to br a nice relaxing time, was stressful and uncomfortable. Additionally, the place is filthy and the receptionist is always eating when I am there. Very unprofessional, indeed. Good riddance."
