"I'm a current tenant here. Apartment has been handling plumbing issue very poorly. This year already had people come to fix plumbing over 10 times. Staffs seem to frequently misinform tenant about the date of fixing. Sometime we cannot use water for the whole day. It seems that they care more on plumbing company than the tenants who pay for them."

"I've lived at Arlington Arms for about 8 years, and am now moving out because I've purchased a house. I spent about half that time living on the lower garden level (basically half a basement) and then moved up to the top floor so I would have a balcony and no one living above me. Overall, I'm very happy with the property. While not as high quality as an apartment you'd find in a bigger city such as Pittsburgh or Cleveland, they're very good for this area. Everything is kept clean, landscaping is managed regularly, and snow removal in the winter was usually always handled promptly. Whenever it snowed overnight, I'd wake up to find the parking lot plowed. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, too. Tim & Linda are great and have always taken care of everything I needed right away. Absolutely no complaints there. For the most part, my neighbors here have been good, but there have been a few who've been troublesome. Living in an apartment complex, that's the risk you take. Any time there was an issue that couldn't be resolved by talking to the neighbors, reporting it to management seemed to get the job done. I would recommend Arlington Arms to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Overall, I've had a good experience."
