"Renter beware! Each year the price goes up considerably. My rent went up to 1120 dollars a month. Apartments are very dated and not worth what they want. No amenities available and parking very limited. Received only half my security deposit upon moving out, which I left in the same condition as when I moved in. As a matter of fact they are not changing the 10 yr old carpet for next tenant. And if you love, listening to atv and dirt bikes at all times including in the middle of the night then this is your place."
"My air conditioner hasn't worked in months. They are so cheap in everything they "fix" and my maintenance requests take weeks and weeks for the simplest tasks yet I see the crew wandering around outside not doing anything most days. Currently sitting in my 80 degree apartment sweating and paying an outrageous electric bill because they don't care about their residents. If they do "fix" something, it breaks within a few days if not a few hours. This place is **** considering how much they want for it. It's overpriced, undermanaged (in the time I've been here they've gone through several managers.), my fridge was breaking for months with no fix and when it finally breaks they took weeks to bring me an older unit with no icemaker and didn't replace my groceries from their negligence. Stay away from this complex."
