"jenn is amazing! anytime i have an issue with anything, or even the simplest question, she is always extremely helpful and very quick to get it resolved. she helped me through the whole leasing process, and everything that i needed help with after moving in. she is the sweetest soul! also, maintenance is also amazing! randy and kelly are super quick and knowledgeable on any issue i’ve had, and they have always been super nice every time they come."

"Ghetto, dingy hallways, disgusting horribly kept mail carrier boxes (rusted in some areas), looks like they have no desire to clean the disgusting dirty carpets. This place is awful looking. The apartments don't look bad, but presentation is much to be desired. Conclusion: This is a slight step up from the ghetto but that's it."

"Found endless screws all over the place all different sizes. Been here 3 or 4 months and still finding them. So many holes that were never blocked off. Finding more everyday and they are infested with bugs. Evverytime it rains my front door area gets soaked from under the carpet. Walls are paperthin. Heaters have been separated from the wall and just painted over for reattachment. Half the outlets didn't work when I moved in. Problems with plumbing. Once the lease is up I will definitely not be coming back. There is nothing good about this place. Plus there are a lot of older nosey people that like to feel like they have some sort of authority. Don't waste your money. Its not a peaceful place to live. Update, maintenance came and said they couldn't do anything about over 1/2 the problems I've stated and still finding more everyday."

"Great place to live. Jenn and the other office folks are super nice and attentive. Maintenance is great too. Today Randy came and fixed an issue with the stove and was very prompt, courteous and professional as always. Thanks for all the hard work to all the staff for keeping the facility in great shape."

"I have loved living here for 23 years and I am happy to renew my lease for another year! Jenn , Aurora and the maintenance staff are the best. The new grill and fire table plus the dog park are all additions that make living here so pleasant."
