"Peppertree is a good starter apartment, however it is not a forever type place to live. The parking was always congested & the gate worked maybe 4 months out of the 15 months that I lived here. Jenn in the office was always nice & very helpful, anytime I had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours."
"Raises rent yearly and never updated place. Gate is always broken...it was wonderful for about the first year. After that...bad! Glad we're out of there. storage lockers got broken into and alot of things were stolen, staff did next to nothing about it. I lost an $80 bedspread and numerous christmas ornaments that were passed down through family. Oh, and building never told tenants that storage lockers were broken into. I could go on and on...blood for 3 days on the steps and no one cleaned it up...trash in the halls...cops are there ALL the time..."

"Toured with Catherine and just signed my lease. Catherine was very knowledgeable and 100% in compliance with fair housing. The application process was quick and simple. I was so worried I wouldn't get approved but Catherine assured me that I was okay. I'm so happy that I signed a lease here. I would 100% recommend this place. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who also works in housing. This place is cost effective and comfortable. Don't let the negative reviews deter you from touring."
"Terrible apartment complex ignorant people and staff as well as a bed bug infestation in their business that they will not disclose to potential tenants when they go to look at the apartments. I've found cat piss and cat food in the dryer, food and trash in the halls and storage area. All in all its a terrible place to live and I'm looking forward to moving."
