Hampton Inn Niles/Warren

"I have stayed at a lot of Hilton branded hotels. This Hampton is the best one I have ever stayed at. It was even better than the Hilton Garden Inn I stayed the week prior. They are supposedly a cut above the Hamptons but not this one. Nice, helpful employees as well."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Bfast was great everyday. The staff were friendly but our keys kept getting deactivated everyday- we were there for business, so end of the day we'd try to get into the room and had to go to the front desk until our 4th evening out of the week and FINALLY our keys were properly programmed. I mistook Check-out time and was very rudely bothered by maintenance (on behalf of housekeeping) even after I spoke with the front desk. They literally pestered me solid for the 30mins I asked the desk permission about and was nicely 'okayed'. But the maintenance guy & eventually the Head of housekeeping stood in my doorway with it closed and then after I opened it and did everything but physically remove me & my belongings. *The hotel manager was very nice along with the front desk person but the 2 who felt it necessary to rudely & distractingly make me feel uncomfortable & rushed need to learn how to properly communicate with the other staff members in that situation and back off long enough for the guest who made a mistake get their belongings together and go."

"My daughter and i stayed there for one night, and we loved it. Nice and clean, nice folks, they had coffee and breakfast and everything. Pretty much what i can say is: loved it, would gladly stay there again if i needed to."

"This hotel is very new, and very modern. The rooms were actually quite large, especially the bathrooms! I appreciated that the room I was in had a walk-in shower and the temperature knob wasn't under the shower head, so you can start the shower and let it get warm without getting wet! The bathroom door was a sliding barn-style door that when open - concealed the closet. I also appreciated that there weren't drawers (in the typical sense) to lose things in - every drawer was open and modern so you could see what was in them. I was very impressed by how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The hotel is very quiet, I never heard my neighbors despite it being pretty fully booked. The TV had all sorts of channels, including HBO - which was a nice touch! The breakfast was very standard - eggs, sausage, toast, waffle machine, yogurt, juices and some cereals. The staff kept it very clean and stocked. The in-room coffee maker was drip-style; I think I would have expected a small Keurig machine for a hotel this new, but that's not a make-or-break by any stretch of the imagination. They have three different types of coffee and a large tea selection in the lobby. My experience with the staff was good - though they were twice not at the desk when I arrived, they very quickly came from the back. The hotel has a pool and a fitness center - I saw a Peloton bike in there for the people that might utilize that. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here! I was impressed by the how new everything felt. The Digital Key worked well, too."

The location was in a very great location. Lots of amenities around in the surrounding areas. My biggest problem with the hotel is I believe they allow dogs to stay there. Because my bathtub smelled like a dog. All I could smell is dog in the bathtub. When I was laying in my bed, my pillow, mine, my bed all I can smell as a dog. Wet dog that wet dog smell. Also the doorway in the bathroom I’m pretty sure there is blood smeared around it. Looks somewhat fresh as well and soft. Gross. I must make a special note though. The breakfast that was set up was pretty nice."
