"Warranty company sent Affordable Appliance to toubleshoot my washing machine due to the pump not functioning. Mike sent incorrect information back to them so they denied covering the repairs assuming they thought they would get the work and I’d pay out of pocket (machine is less than 2 yr old). After talking to the warranty company and Lowe’s they both confirmed the installation was within the machines specifications. Warranty sent me a brand new washer and apologized for the issue AA caused. Be cautious using them for warranty claims."
