"Stopped by today because I lost my primary phone that had all my passwords stored in it. I worked with Shyann, and in a short time I had a new phone and was beginning to get apps and stuff loaded back in. I returned a short time later and we were able to get into my Google account and get all that working. Just bummed that I lost all my pictures, but that's on me. I couldn't have been more pleased with Shyann and her customer service skills, knowledge and wit with this technical stuff. Don't let her go. Thanks again."

"I was having problems with my phone and went in and talked to B. He was very helpful and patient and got things working like brand new.. good job"
"I can give it 2 stars. I had the wireless router which was solely gonna be getting for my Xbox well let's just say it's very slow and did not work out at all.. it would probably work best in an apartment with a few devices connected to it. Anyways it was a trial and I quickly called and canceled after returning the device I get an email about auto pay for T-Mobile and found out I was being charged still even after I canceled the trial... After over an hour on the phone with customer service they fix the issue... So they said... Month later a 2.50 charge to my account from t mobile... Called again they fixed the issue. But I shouldn't have had to do all of this.."
