"This is the place to go! After years of overspending on hearing aids for my parents, we found our way to Carly at the Costco hearing aid center in Mayfield Hts. She was overwhelmingly kind, and professional, fitting my 90 year old Father and recently my Mother. My mom’s situation was a bit difficult as she is completely deaf in one ear and very, very little hearing in the other. She had lost her hearing aid and is declining from Alzheimer’s. I don’t know how she managed, but Carly did it! It took several shortened appointments and cancellations as mom had a raw area in her ear canal that Carly found that needed to heal before a mould could be made. She persevered and we triumphed. When mom heard us say “I love you” the first time in months, we all cheered and got teary together. Carly is an audiologist that we hope is valued and appreciated by Costco Hearing AIDS as she is by me and my family! She is truly the best!"

"Absolutely the best! Fantastic service and lowest cost, even for premium full feature aids like Phonak and Rexton. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Audiologists and technicians are experts who patiently explain everything and provide multiple programs with settings adjusted to fit my needs. Hearing tests, adjustments and repairs/servicing is free. Only pay for batteries. Wear items like silicone earpiece domes are free. Major parts replacement also free during warrenty. Costco automatically extends the full repair/replacement warranty to two years. No hassle even when I accidentally lost them diving into a lake at the end of the warranty period! Costco membership fee is far outweighed by the benefits, even if you only use it for hearing aids. I love these guys!!"
