"Very inconsiderate of their patrons. They tell them anything on the phone which winds up being not truthful. Called the center told me that they would be open until 5:00pm. Inform them that I am coming from Berea Ohio, get to the center management won't even come to the door and the doors are locked at 10 minutes to 4:00pm.1 Will not speak to anyone will not answer their phone very unprofessional and the security guard had an attitude this has happened more than once it seems to be consistent with them closing prior to the time that is shown on their website and it's showing on the website right now that they're open but their doors are locked. Try to contact corporate to no avail. It appears they do whatever they want to there consistently with no consideration for any Patron that donates at that place."
"I called grifols to be able to come and donate and they told me that the doors would be open until 5:00 now knowing I'm coming from Berea Ohio to donate when I get there at a quarter till 4:00 the doors are already locked no management will come to the door and the security guard had a bad attitude."
"The Staff was great and they are very down to earth there. Sometimes it's very crowded and I think that the Head Manager Is Awesome."
"Drove a friend there n she was in there for hours,and there were people coming out saying that a staff female was screwing a client in the back!!! Wow I wouldn't have to sit outside so long if they were doing there job...so unprofessional, mind blowing, they should keep up better w there staff ..Sad.."
