"Used to be a decent facility but has really gone down the drain. Aubree is an extremely rude and disregarding person. I’ve witnessed her yell at an older gentleman trying to do his questionnaire on the computer. Amanda is great worker though that’s probably the only person I really see put the effort. Hopefully one day it’ll become a better running facility equipped to its max potential and greater general training."
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am positively baffled that they carry a 4 star rating as of now. My appointment was at 1:15 and it is 3:37 at the time of writing this with no end in sight. Their service is exceptionally awful. Terrible management as well. Do not go here unless you want to wait 3+ hours to even begin to donate plasma."
"I recently went to BioLife in Elkhart for the first time, and the receptionist who greeted me was extremely rude and unwelcoming within seconds of our interaction, and she remained that way the whole way through. It was almost to the point where I wanted to turn around and immediately walk out. After reading her name tag and doing some investigation, I've found her full name is Aubree and she is the sole reason I did not give a five star review. If I owned a business that involved any type of customer service, I would never hire this extremely rude woman. GiGi, however, was an absolute breath of fresh air with great customer service skills."
"i enjoyed seeing they care about the donors as much as the donation. they make sure the donors are okay to proceed with the process, they make sure they are well fed as well if they haven’t ate breakfast, they provide a couple snacks and drinks. and they explained the process pretty efficiently and straight to the point. i was also very comfortable during the procedure as well."
