"I have been trying to be seen by Dr Wilson for LC/pots since going Cleveland Clinics long Covid clinic in Nov 2023. At that visit they said he wasn’t available but to call, which I did. 3 months later it was the same story. I called everyday for a week leading up to a cardio appointment hoping for a cancellation, nothing. My friend called every for 2 weeks, because he was determined to get me, he got nowhere. In July 2024 I had an appointment with my doctor at CC. I mentioned how it’s impossible to get in. Then he said “oh none of my LC/pots patients have gotten in”. my heart sank. So much false hope. I wish they would have told me this when I started coming there from 5 hours away. CC is supposed to be at the forefront of all this, but can’t deliver. They know it but keep signing people up."

"Negative stars if I could. As a physician, I was expecting an assessment and individualized plan. As a patient I got nothing. I caught COVID while I was there. Which ironically is what started my issues in the first place. I had some testing done. And since then have received generic non individualized recommendations from an EMR template. Didn’t think it could get any worse. Then Dr Wilson and his team found a way to make it worse. If you just need some social support for this condition, I’m sure it’s great. If you actually need help and don’t want to hit the floor every few days, look elsewhere."

"I’m about to give up. It took me over an hour and 2 people to make an appointment. It was 7 months out. If I didn’t take the appointment they were going to schedule me for 2025. Got a text from my mom yesterday saying they called her to reschedule my appointment. I tried to call 3 times and kept getting looped back to the operator who couldn’t help me. I’m unable to get through or to a voicemail. And when I called back the only numbers on file are mine. I have no clue why they are calling my mother about my appointment. Even my dad is my emergency contact so I’m not sure what they are doing over there but they are digging through my families records too in order to get a hold of me. I guess please call me back. Only my number is on file according to the scheduling center. I have been trying to get help for months and no one is helping. No one knows what’s going on. There computer system is always down. It shouldn’t be this hard to get healthcare."

"I’m only giving two stars because I have yet to be seen at this office. I have been suffering from a bad form of dysautonomia and other symptoms since last Fall my team of specialists in Nevada cannot get under control. I’m mostly house bound and pay full time out of pocket for a caregiver. I went to great lengths to collect all of my testing and ER and hospital stay tests and information and get it all to my pcp (so it was all centralized) and then his office went to the work of getting me in with dr Wilson at CC. It took months of constant calls to CC, faxes and emails before they finally received everything (to no fault of my pcp because I was emailing my records over to and getting the runaround). Finally, I was told August 6 this year he would see me. Then today I got the devastating call my appointment was canceled because dr Wilson is suddenly busy august 6th. I was given no option to reschedule with him, only the option to see his colleague in July (whom I did not wish to see after further research) or to wait and call May 1st and start the process all over again of trying to be seen. I’m a lawyer. I get that things happen, but if your workload is at such a capacity that patients are not receiving the care they deserve (multiple people in my pots group have stated follow up apps here are nearly impossible) then you aren’t helping. And that’s hurtful to us. No one should be left in tears because you can’t even put them on top of a waitlist after cancelling their appointment which I asked if I could be on a waitlist and was told no. Quality shouldn’t suffer over capacity. I’ve been waiting for this — it has been my hope I’ve held onto for months, and it’s been killed. With zero remorse or help."
