"Wish i could give ZERO stars It was hard enough asking for help then it immediately started off badly aide never showed all last week! I called to find out what is happening they claimed they tried to reach out to me to tell me she wouldn't be here ! They Lied there are no calls/voicemail from them today! I asked for her to be taken off the schedule for me and give me a new aide. They will supposedly call to set up a new aide. In the end my case manager is looking for a different company"

"If I could give a 0 I would they do not have clients they will not give you hours I worked there for almost a year and never had 40 solid hours not even 25 a week pay is low and they do not speak to employees with respect horrible company wouldn’t recommend working for them you will not get your sign on bonus it’s all a lie!!!"

"I would like to leave less than one star review aide showed up late everyday , arguing with her bf in our home , very lazy just wanted to pretend she was doing something. The staff did not try to resolve so I consider this very unprofessional all the way around I would not trust any loved one with this agency!"

"BEWARE!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional!!!! They treat staff and clients like trash, they will bash you and call you names to your face. Their clients are poorly cared for and they don't train you on anything. High priority clients that go without staff with no warning and just lay until someone comes which could be days. They mess up billing, lose paperwork. The office staff is encouraged to talk down to other staff and client's. Stacey is the worst but all office staff speaks to you in unprofessional ways and curse at you. They do not report anything to the state and will cover thing up at any cost. They never except blame for their actions and will pass it off on staff and others. Please if you are considering this place for a loved one be very careful and always check on them because they don't even check out their employees before they send them into these home. It's very sad all the unprofessional things that go on in this company."

"Personally this was my least favorite place to work for. There are so many other care facilities to work for who will pay you better and treat you like a human person. Chipotle pays you more to wrap burritos than these people pay your to wipe someone's behind and change catheters and bed pans. Very unprofessional and that Stacey or whatever her name is from the office needs an attitude check. You can not work with people and not know how to speak TO (not at) people. The client I worked with was even unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and accountability for their actions. Do yourself a favor and search for other options, only go with this one if it is your last possible option and you are desperate for work. They're always hiring because they can never keep staff. I've never known anyone who's ever once worked there have anything pleasant to say except they got hired quickly and the lobby of the office is cute."
