"Urgent Care Kent was clean and I was taken care of in a timely manner, even with a full waiting room of campus students and then some. The NP, RJ was very educated and his nurse and X-Ray tech very friendly. 100% recommend."

"I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews, I am honestly floored. I was seen in here on Monday, I was told if I don’t feel better by Thursday or Friday to call back for antibiotics. The nurse I spoke with wouldn’t let me speak or get a word in edge wise while I already don’t have a voice and can barely talk, told me no one would have told me that and 2 days is too early to be calling back for anything and I need to go to the emergency room. I just paid freaking $205 to be swabbed 3 times and sent home with steroids, called back for antibiotics LIKE I WAS TOLD TO and the nurse was rude, talked over me and told me to go to the ER. I wish I never set foot in here and if my regular place were open, I would have never. If I could get my money back for the p*ss poor care I received, I would. Side note to include: when I can’t talk, am struggling to be understood and I refer to the person who treated me as “the Dr” do you really have to be SO stuck up and snobby that you have to interrupt me, just to correct me that I saw a “PA” and NOT a “Dr?” Genuinely, I’ve been to a lot of Urgent Cares in my life and this was the most ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else, CVS Minute Clinic is better than this place. The ONLY saving grace was the wonderful nurse (or maybe nurse practitioner.. wouldn’t want to be incorrect in what I’m saying so my bad) who originally swabbed me and the receptionist. You two were wonderful and genuinely care about the people that come in there, so thank you for being so kind. UPDATE: the manager reached out to me absolutely dismissing everything I’ve said here while also saying she “talked” to the staff about my phone interaction. Also said the provider that day would reach out to me.. which never happened. The next day I ended up THANKFULLY being able to get into my primary office for, you guessed it, antibiotics that I absolutely needed and should have been given to me based on the severity and longevity of my symptoms."

"Created an appointment online to get checked out for a dog bite. They were fast and caring. In and out within an hour. NP Sean and nurse were great. Very happy and would go there again if I have too… hopefully won’t have too."

"I was immediately put at ease as soon as I came in. Kathy greeted me with a warm smile and a kind demeanor. She was extremely nice and helpful. The Clinical Team was very helpful, and my provider, Sean, removed my sutures with no pain or discomfort. His bedside demeanor was flawless. He honestly desired to improve my situation. I will undoubtedly return for any non-emergency requirements."

"Excellent facility, staff, and treatment. Staff, from front desk to the doctors, are very polite, patient, and personable. Very reasonable price—paid entirely out of pocket. Have influenza A, but started feeling better same day after prescribed proper medication. Will be going back if need be."
