"AVOID at all costs. This is the most disappointing and incompetent vet I’ve been to (and I’ve moved frequently and have been to many). I recently needed to take my dog in for an echocardiogram and every part of the process was a disaster. At check-in, the receptionist had mixed up intake forms and tried to convince me that my dog was on meds that he isn’t. At pick-up, they couldn’t find my dog in their system and I spent close to half an hour trying to help them identify the right dog - how is this even possible?! They charged me for extra services that needed to be taken off the invoice. When I took him home, I noticed he had two gashes in his legs that were bleeding and causing him pain. A dog shouldn’t leave a vet more injured!!!! When the results came back, the vet didn’t even know how to read them!!! The procedure was $700 and the only instruction was to have him redo it again in a few months. How can we track his progress is you don’t provide the specific numbers? How is that a doctor can’t answer simple questions about the test? Why would we redo it with you if you don’t know what the test says? If you can’t understand a test, you shouldn’t be administering it. Instead, I was instructed to have my dog do the test again with a specialist- clearly they are only in this business for the money. They should have recommended a specialist before doing a procedure that Dr Cromis can’t read. Will be going back to a more competent vet that costs 1/2 as much. Really unfortunate clinics."
"We have always taken our pets here and the staff have been amazing. Our cat recently passed away and the staff went above and beyond with us and our cat before, during, and after. Olivia, Heather, and Dr. Bilger and genuinely amazing individuals who not only care for your pets, but for you. Thank you."
