"Very clean waiting area. Very nice receptionist, medical assistant and Nurse Practioner. I was above satisfied with their treatment. But, the xray was painful and I felt the tech could have had a better manner or a smile!"

"Everyone I had contact with was wonderful. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. They explained everything and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone"

"What a great group of wonderful people. This was the most caring and respectful medical experience I have ever had. They listened to me issue and came up with and plan. After diagnosis they offer several treatment options and took time to go over the positive and negatives for each approach. I went in barely able to walk and left with 80 percent improvement. After 24 hours I’m improved by 95%. I recommend them highly."

"Stay away from Quick Care - Kent. The MA was lifeless and seemed as if we were bothering her. The PA missed my teens broken foot! The PA seemed like she didn’t want to be there either. The PA said my child had tendinitis and gave us a PT referral. Next day we went to University Hospital Urgent Care. Re x-rayed and saw a break - they have pediatric radiology view x-rays. The radiologist also found a bone issue. Went home in a splint along with crutches. I’ve been to this location for myself and for some reason they don’t like treating patients. If they want to treat me poorly, that’s one thing, but ignoring a child or not diving further into a child’s case is patient abuse. Crystal Clinic has lost my trust."

"Really disappointed with my experience. The PA, Brittany, maybe spent a total of 3 minutes with me. The exam was extremely brief and definitely not thorough. She appeared annoyed with my questions and overall condescending towards me. The receptionist was very nice as was the athletic trainer. The discharge paper is embarrassing coming from a provider. Check boxes for the over counter medications with no instructions. More importantly where are the instructions that ibuprofen and Naproxen aren’t suppose to be taken together because they are both anti-inflammatory medications? Thankfully I was able to get in with a sports medicine doctor the next day. The exam she did was so different than what the PA did. It was incredibly thorough and she took me seriously. She explained the damage that could further be done if I followed the instructions from Brittany. The doctor has me going to physical therapy, ordered the correct equipment, and we follow-up in a month. Brittany at Crystal Clinic asked if i wanted a follow-up appointment and that was an easy hard no for me. After my experience with her I have no interest in continuing with Crystal clinic. If you have no interest in giving thorough and quality health care, then you should find a different career."
