"I had a great experience at the Kent CVS Minute Clinic. I was hesitant to go because of all the negative reviews. I was happy I went. I was quickly taken into a room upon arrival to get vitals and asked questions. I went back to waiting room and Nurse Practitioner quickly called me into another room. Tiffany was thorough with her exam and she listened to my symptoms. I had a sinus infection and needed medication. The pharmacy had my meds ready in 10 minutes. I will be going back. Don't let the negative reviews keep you from going. They are GREAT!"
"Waited an hour for an appointment to take a quick test while the nurses sat around using their phones and chatting. They weren't even busy. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service. Not to mention that CVS charges $80 for a covid test. I've had covid tests done in four countries and this was the most convoluted and expensive one. Developing countries manage a better healthcare experience than MinuteClinic."
"My daughter was seen by Tiffany Havens for swelling on her face due to a lymph node. Upon her examination she was told by the Dr and Nurse that her ear was very infected. The actual conversation they had with her was that it was "very gross and really bad, how did she not know she had an infection." They were very degrading. The nurse was also asking her private questions regarding her health in the lobby area in front of other patients. They prescribed her 3 pills and told her they probably wouldn't help. After a day, the pain became worse and her face extremely swollen. She then went to the Cleveland Clinic ER where she was told that not only did she NOT have an ear infection, but that her ear was clear and her gland was blocked. She spent 2 nights in the hospital with strong antibiotics and an IV. Not only were they extremely rude and unprofessional but misdiagnosed what could have a much worse situation if she hadn't gone to the ER."
