"Absolutely terrible. Gave me the wrong antibiotic. I tried to call to get it corrected and waited all day for someone to call me back, but they never did. Eventually I went up there and they told me I would have to be seen all over again. Made me feel like they were just trying to get more money from me. Absolutely ridiculous. Go anywhere else."
"Waited for 30 minutes in agony as a walk-in with other walk-in's going in to see a doctor before myself. Half of the staff at the counter, including nurses/assistants were on their cell phones. Went to ER asap after waiting without any information or communication when I tried to get information on when I could be seen, having come in before other walk-ins."
"I didn't meet one rude person here (it is all about how you present yourself though) I was a walk in, signed in and was seen in less than an hour. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Had my prescriptions sent in and I was on my way. I'm feeling much better now! I sat at the UH ER for two hours! And I was one of three people in the waiting room. Called everyone back that walked in after I did. Some people need it more than others, I get that, but I was one step away from my throat closing shut and felt as if no one even cared. Needless to say, I left and came here the following morning. I'm glad I did"
"Unfortunately needed to be at this place more times than I would like to be in the past few months but it's been nothing but friendly, fast service. Absolutely love the nurse that draws the blood, quick, painless, and funny. The reception ladies are very helpful as well, even if it's something they don't know they will try to figure it out"
