"Everyone is nice, except for the nurses and management. I went in to donate plasma on Thursday, May 16th, and I was sent back to the nurse because of scratch marks I had on my arm from my cats. Upon examining my arms, the nurse, Ben, saw a little bit of sunburn and proceeded to freak out, calling in a second nurse and claiming that I was deemed illegible to donate ever again unless I either bring in a doctors note or the sunburn goes away, then Ben started acting rude afterwards up until I left. The next day, Friday, May 17th, I went to the doctor to get the sunburn checked out and to conduct a blood test. The doctors stated that I'm perfectly able to donate on all fronts, and my blood test showed that everything is normal. So they gave me a note to give to the nurses at CSL. I went back in on Sunday, May 19th, to deliver the note and such. Immediately from the get-go, the nurse, Tricia, was rude and almost argumentative as I gave her the note they requested, and she said that it's inadequate as there isn't a diagnosis on it. They never once told me to get a diagnosis, just to retrieve a note from the doctor. They once again deferred me a second time, sending me out with a consent for medical records form. Both nurses were acting as if they were above me. They each made a scene, I tried to get a corporate number or something so I could file a complaint, but management was useless in retrieving said number and they sent me out saying there's no corporate number. The only people who actually helped out is the kind ladies in the front desks."

"Would leave 0 stars. They make roughly $6,000 off each person on a daily basis. Sure saving lives and making money off unsuspecting people. Keep letting them drain your life so they can make all that bank. They should pay you a lot more."

"My rating isn't based on being a CSL donor but an employee! I was fired for cursing after another employee deliberately provoked me because this against their "policy" but literally all the employees curse and talk about inappropriate things at work! One young adult in particular is Always gossiping about other employees and donors starting stuff between people and then plays innocent! This is not the first but second time this person got me into trouble for absolutely nothing and when I finally reacted with cursing I was fited but nothing happened to anyone else tho just me! This place doesn't play fair but favorites! Also want to mention that I wasn't told why I was being fired until I reached out to HR weeks later!"
