At Harmonic Healing LLC, we believe that healing is possible and that you can become the person you aspire to be. Our mission is to help you love yourself well, be intentional, and present in your life, and make your well-being a top priority. We offer a balanced and grounded approach to healing, providing a safe space for our clients to explore and incorporate mindfulness techniques into their daily lives.

Our services include Reiki sessions, mindfulness coaching, and positive reinforcements to help you enjoy life in the present moment. Reiki is a healing technique that utilizes Universal Life Force Energy to promote overall emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. By allowing Reiki energy to flow through your chakras, you can reduce stress, increase enjoyment in your life, and raise your energetic field.

Reiki sessions at Harmonic Healing LLC are designed to help you connect with your own healing energy, easing tension in the mind and body, and facilitating healing on mental, physical, and emotional levels. Clients often report feeling relaxed, calm, and peaceful after a session, experiencing emotional release, warmth or tingling, and insights from their intuition.

As a certified meditation and mindfulness coach, I can guide you in discovering and incorporating these skills into your everyday life. This will enable you to respond to life's challenges rather than react, helping you observe your thoughts, identify which ones serve you, and reprogram limiting beliefs.

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, I have returned home with a mission to live my best life while helping others do the same. Through my journey, I have learned about energy, vibrational alignment, and techniques that allow me to be present and heal from past hurts. I am passionate about helping you find healing, balance, and harmony in your life as well.

Join me at Zenning Wellness in Kent, OH, for Reiki sessions, mindfulness coaching, and more. I also offer virtual, donation-based Reiki and Meditation Sessions. You can book your session through the Zenning Wellness Living booking page, where you can select the service, date, and time that works best for you. I am currently available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4pm to 8pm.
