"Made an appointment for my mother last YEAR and was excited that finally someone can help with all the meds to get her on track. My mother is in a wheelchair chair and it's hard to take her places. To add to things, the Beachwood facility is VERY difficult to maneuver someone in a wheelchair. After waiting for a half hour we were told he can't see her because the appointment was scheduled wrong. We made the appointment at Dr. Varghi's office last winter. Now we have to wait until March of 2025. THIS IS OUTRAGOUS!"
