"After struggling for many years with undiagnosed pains I was referred here for some imaging and stress test for my heart. The staff was so kind and easy to talk to. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and well maintained and I truly felt comfortable here. Upon leaving I have full confidence in the medical professionals I interacted with and look forward to working with them more. They genuinely care for my well being."

"I have needed my perceptions renewed but getting an appointment is two months out. Never get a six month on going check. Calling to get perceptions to cover until appointment is a joke they won’t take a call to renew, they want you to email them, you mite as well die. The service I get from here is poor since Dr Newman retired."

"Do not go here. Having worked for them and resigning because the pressures they put on us caused mental health issues. They have implemented policies which prevent us from being able to actually help you. Essentially, you call and state what’s going on, the nurses then call back and if you are in a meeting or a work, they tell you to call back. When you call back, we are then instructed to tell you (without reaching out or asking) that everyone is with patients at the time…even though they aren’t and the MA staff wanted us to call them. This is how revere operates within the call center. Listening day after day to patient’s frustration and being expected to lie to them was an emotional turmoil. Please avoid revere at all costs! There are other clinics."

"The people were nice. The office is well staffed and clean. Over all, practitioners seems to be experienced, and you wait times aren’t too long. Poor follow up unless you pressure them; I saw this with myself and other patients. Ultimately, I’ll be seeking a new provider/practitioner. Complaints: I had three tests done, and saw an NP twice and a PA once. I never actually got to see the cardiologist I started going here to see, Dr. Cragen. NP Hailey took poor notes during consultations causing insurance company to deny coverage for tests two times, after they told me they didn’t need pre authorizations, which I turn required multiple hours on my part to appeal multiple denials. Twice, after tests we complete, I waited weeks for a call back to set up a follow up appointment which never came. No one follows up with you unless you pressure them. In essence, communication is lacking. NP Hailey seems to be concerned about my issues. PA Greg told me nothing was wrong and assumed the irregularities in the first test were due to leads being placed on wrong."

"I love Megan!! She is wonderful and took great care of me. I was able to come in for a walk in and they are very organized and attended to my needs very quickly. I had a great experience here and it is one of the few times I left the doctors office feeling happy/ taken care of."
