"This clinic does not care about their patient's experience. I went in for a first ob appointment and the doctor was very kind and thorough, but because of the way the clinic is set up, you are never guaranteed to see the same doctor twice. If you have any preferences in physician you have to wait weeks longer than their recommended schedule for appointments. Any requests they deem "not medically necessary" like seeing your baby's gender or a complete anatomy ultrasound have to be paid completely out of pocket (even though my insurance will cover it, the clinic refuses to bill them) and are scheduled apart from your regular appointment. It seems like they are overly busy and are cutting corners in the patient experience to make up for it."

"Was able to meet with Dr. Thorpe and he was so kind and it was easy to tell that he wanted to answer all my questions/concerns. He was very friendly and my husband and I really enjoyed talking to him. Highly recommend"

"I met the valley women’s health providers when I had an emergency in my pregnancy a few years ago and my doctor wasn’t able to help me so they took me over. These providers are hands down the best ob’s I have been to. Dr. Ree’s is by far the best doctor I have had during a pregnancy. He is super knowledgeable and nice and makes the experience of having a baby amazing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone."

"This office always seems too busy... Too busy to take calls, too busy to respond, too busy to get you in when you're waiting for your appointment. Especially when it comes to your health (and possibly your baby's), a timely response is needed! Many of the doctors are good and kind. The staff seems ok as well. But how this office is run needs improvement! Their timeliness hasn't improved since I've seen them for over the last 7 years."

"We really wanted to rate this place higher. The care they provide and the physicians that we’ve interacted with have all been amazing. But due to several experiences with getting our labor and delivery scheduled for my wife, it has been an absolute nightmare working with them. At our last appointment, we were told that they were going to induce labor due to some complications, and that they would get that scheduled for today, January 2. We were then told the hospital would reach out to us to confirm the exact time. This being our first child, and not given any further instruction, we assumed everything would be taken care of. Today arrived and we hadn’t heard anything from the hospital, so we called in to Valley Women’s Health. Those poor receptionists, we’ve probably talked to all of them today and they are doing their best. They informed us that the induction scheduler never received the notice from us or the doctor to go ahead and schedule that. We reached out at 3 separate times today to the induction scheduler and were sent to voicemail each time with no response to our voice messages. Luckily, our nurse got back to us and it looks like at the moment we’re scheduled for tomorrow for labor, but aren’t 100% certain that the same thing won’t happen after the debacle today. With me taking PTO and the pregnancy complications occurring, this back and forth all day and the delay of labor have definitely made for a stressful and complicated process. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had communication issues, but this one really sent us over the edge. We’ll probably look for another OBGYN office after everything that’s happened, it’s just left a sour taste in our mouth at this point."
