"If you have a serious concern or condition, do not use this location. They must hire the worst radiologists. I have had six brain MRIs over three the last two years at two other hospitals in 2 different states and have both a neurologist and neurosurgeon tracking my tumor growth. All previous MRIs show a tumor, and the reports are very detailed with measurements and reactions to the dye. Both specialists also pulled up the reports and showed me the tumor. I've seen it. Get my last MRI at Revere Imaging in Provo and get a report that says it’s a perfect brain MRI with no abnormalities. I believe in miracles, but was skeptical…. So I immediately go and pick up my images for myself and look on my home computer and, with my untrained eye, see my tumor. I am blind in one eye, so I think anyone could have seen it. The Revere radiologist, on the other hand, couldn’t. Imagine if this was my first MRI, and my doctor just got the report and let it go. Someone could die. Thankfully for me, I have two specialists who look at the images themselves, and my tumor is slow growing…but that’s completely unacceptable. Plus, the results were about one sentence long when all my previous reports (they had copies of to compare) when were long and detailed. The report also said I had no history of a tumor. I’ll be making some calls and writing some letter. Someone could die! This is my 2nd bad experience with a radiologist revere. Please have a specialty reread your images.."

"These guys ruthless when it comes to collecting on payments. First, they were not transparent about what I would be charged. Second, they sent me to collections less than 3weeks after receiving $100 pymt from me. Care given wasn't anything special. AVOID!!"

"I had a biopsy taken from enlarged lymph nodes with growths on them from my neck. We are worried that the skin cancer on my face has now spread to the lymph nodes that are in very close proximity. The staff that did the biopsy was very professional and great to work with. However since the biopsy it has been a mess. We are obviously anxious to receive these results. If the cancer has spread it is not a good situation. The nurse that assisted with the biopsy told me it would be 3 to 5 day to receive the results. I called on day 5 and the staff on the phone also said 3-5 days. We have surpassed the 3-5 day mark and now they are giving me multiple timelines. One person said 3-8 days. Then someone said 5-10 days. Its not so much how long the biopsy has taken. It is the unprofessional way they have handled me as a customer. Don't give unrealistic timelines with something serious like this. If you would have told me 10 days when I had the biopsy I would not have called once. Last night someone from Revere health called me to let me know they had sent the biopsy results to my doctor. That was obviously not true. They need to train their staff in a manner so they can give their clients accurate and realistic information. Seems very unorganized at revere health. Unfortunately I have a PET scan scheduled with them this week. I already tried to get my Doctor to order it to anyone outside of Revere Health but my Doctor said they are the only ones around that can offer this service. I will do all I can to avoid giving Revere health my business in the future. Setting realistic expectations is crucial especially when we are anxiously awaiting to see if my cancer has spread. I am not waiting to see if I have strep throat. These results could be life changing. Set appropriate expectations for your customers."

"staffs are nice and the location is great. But the rule of privacy is not there. I went there for mammogram last month. They put me in a wait room after I changed to the hospital gown. But the wait room is basically a common area that allow opposite sex to be in there with other patients. I was so shocked and uncomfortable sitting there with an old man sit in front of me while I was wearing just a as hospital gown with no bra. I tried to voice out but don't know who and where to call"

"My doctor ordered a MRI, Provo Imaging got me in within a week. The pre approval department called me for more information, then called my optometrist a few times to get notes so my insurance would justify the MRI. I came 15 minutes before my appointment and they took me back. Imaging was easy to find, it’s on the West side of the building. After changing and placing my clothes containing metal in a locker, they started an IV for the contrast. I’m an easy stick and the nurse easily found a vein. The MRI itself was 30 minutes long and they brought a warm blanket as the room is kept cool. They sent the results to my doctor in a few hours. Would totally schedule an MRI here again."
