"The only reason for 2 starts is because the office staff was really nice & helpful. I’ve been trying to find answers for complex medical problems for months now. I saw Dr Langford for a nerve conduction study. He was completely dismissive of my concerns & it was very upsetting."
"Been getting Botox here for migraines. I’ve been happy with the staff but I’m always bugged at how many air fresheners and perfumed plug-ins they have. I swear they are in every outlet. When you are treating so many people for headaches and perfumes are a known trigger for so many people, I’m not sure why they would do this. I go for headache treatment but leave the office with a migraine every-time due to the perfumes."
"The reception staff has NEVER treated me with respect. They always seem annoyed that I’ve called in or asked a question. They book on dates that don’t align for Botox payments. The MAs for Dr Langford walked so fast this last time that I almost got lost. Usually Revere has been great to work with, but I dread every interaction I have with the staff at this clinic. The doctors are great. Everyone else is a one star."
"I just met with Dr. Langford and I wanted to say above all I felt genuinely cared about. He does talk fast and I could tell he was on a tight schedule but he was at the same time kind of tender in how he really wanted to help me understand and feel better about what was going on and even when he had ruled out anything neurological and gave me referrals to other specialists he was still willing to answer any questions I had and really helped me feel calmer and encouraged by the time I left. Thanks again Dr. Langford. I came in a nervous wreck and by the time I left I felt really grateful for all your help! On top of this he’s incredibly knowledgeable and willing to explain things until I really could understand what he was saying. I couldn’t have been more happy with seeing him."
