"My wife had a very different experience with Dr Nizam. He was dismissive and spoke over her. He didn't address her concerns and was rather chauvinistic. I would not recommend him. The staff was also attentive and helpful."

"Not happy with office staff at Dr. Nizeem’s office. Called on February 12 to have a prescription renewed. Went to my pharmacy today and it was never called in. They now only work 4 days a week and the on-call doctor can’t be called in for prescriptions (why is he on call then?!?!?) so now I have to wait until Monday, without meds!"

"Update: 9/8/23 I contacted Revere at the email address they provided below. It's been over two weeks, and I have not received any response at all. I left a voicemail that was also ignored. I will not be returning to any Revere Health office in the future. Original review: I had ongoing symptoms that I was convinced were thyroid related as almost everything else had been ruled out through lab work and diagnostic surgeries. After meeting with Katelyn Siano at my consultation she suggested a corticotropin stimulation test and metabolic panel. At my follow up appointment, she told me my symptoms were not thyroid related based on that single test and the lab results. I was told I had no reason to go back to endocrinology. I asked about getting tested for heavy metal toxicity since it affects the thyroid and she knew nothing about where to go to have that done. Through my own research I later did an HTMA test and my results confirmed my thyroid is part of the problem. My calcium/potassium ratio was 137.5 which indicates severe low thyroid activity at the cellular level and 75%+ energy loss. When it comes to testing their options are limited and in my case gave me an inaccurate statement of my thyroid being fine. On top of this, the walls are very thin at this office and during my follow up appointment, the MA went to the wrong room and addressed that patient by my name and started going over details of my appointment with them instead. I realize they are only human and mistakes happen so I did not mention it at the time but it was unprofessional and only made my experience here even worse. Also according to the Follow My Health app, my appointments were listed as "NEW PATIENT 40 MIN" and "EST PT 20." I assumed that meant new patient 40 minutes and established patient 20 minutes. Both of my appointments involved less than five minutes of actually talking to her, so I am left wondering what that was referring too. The only positive thing to note is that the staff was very friendly and the receptionists were great at giving appointment reminders both times, which I did appreciate. Overall I would recommend going somewhere else especially if you are dealing with chronic fatigue symptoms and are seeking an accurate diagnosis. It seems endocrinology is not the answer for every thyroid related symptom based on my own experience. I was left with nothing from my appointments other than a note to stay hydrated and follow up with my primary care provider. It was frustrating to make an attempt to get relief from debilitating symptoms only to be treated so dismissively by a provider. You can probably imagine how frustrated I was to then receive the $300+ bill and find out I do in fact have a problem with my thyroid not functioning well...despite being told otherwise by this office."

"Doctors were great! Only issue is that they only sent 1 statement that reached and sent to collections quickly after that. Seems like a very unfair policy. Would recommend going to another more friendly office than this one due to their back end staff and policies."

"I love Dr Nizam! I really appreciate his approach to managing my case after thyroid cancer. My only complaint is having to wait to be seen for longer than seems reasonable, but I really do love Dr Nizam, and that's why I put up with the wait."
