"Would give this place zero stars if possible. I still reside here, rent is obnoxiously high ($1617 a month for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment) doesn't come with anything except a fridge and a dishwasher for in unit appliances. All the sinks have dirt residue built up, so my water is being filtered by literal dirt. Terrible place to live, pool/gym and in unit laundry all are dirty and constantly need cleaning. Just wait for something better to open up, do not rent here."
"In general people have been pretty nice and good. Couple 3 years ago when we had an emergency the maintenance was out on a Sunday no problem. This time we have leaking into our pantry our laundry room and our bathroom in the front so does the apartment upstairs and it's coming from the Third floor. Emergency maintenance of course on Sunday is not available even though they say it's 24/7. All we get is a voice message saying the person is not available and click it hangs up. Somebody may have to adjust work schedules or something tomorrow to be here for maintenance, not sure how much damage has been done. If we have an emergency maintenance it would be nice if it was actually as advertised."
