Even with the few very minor things that needed to be addressed, maintenance was quick to respond. In addition, the grounds are kept neat and clean, and the apartment itself is lovely. "Overall, decent place to live. You’ll run into all the usual issues you do living in a giant complex (noisy pot-smoking neighbors with dogs, pool going out of service every other day, and things in the apartment randomly breaking) But for the most part, the place was quiet and I didn’t have any major issues while living there. Ladies at the office are nice enough. They deal with idiots most the day so I can understand the sass at times. Got my move out report almost 3 weeks after moving out and another 2-4 weeks before my refund comes so don’t plan on seeing it soon after leaving."

"When you pull up Boulder Canyon looks nice. The first day we moved in we started having problems. The walls are paper thin. I can smell when people have a bad bowel movement.there is mold I have to constantly remove. There has been car theft’s, car fires, gunshots, dog attacks, it never ends. Oh and they are constantly changing their minds on what makes their STANDARDS. Like no bikes on the balcony, no dead plants on the balcony, no furniture on the balcony (wood rocking chairs, kitchen chairs, camping chairs, totes, bikes, etc). The list goes on. They will threaten you with a 250.00 fine for everything! Our rent has gone up at least 450.00 since we moved here in the last 2.5 years. If you call the office for help with anything just expect them to act stupid like they don’t know what’s going on around the complex. Don’t get stuck here like we are."
